Delightful Decorations Photo Card

It's day 4 of the Blog Tour.  Today's post is an quick and easy card and pretty cute if I do say so myself.  Of course, it could be the kids of who I'm a big fan (wink).

This card features the Delightful Decorations stamp set and coordinating punch.  When I first saw this set, I wanted to do this card.  I think it's the perfect set for a photo card.  Hope you think so too :o)

A "Serene Snowflake" Candle

 

It's Day 3 of the Blog Tour.  Are you having fun and getting some great ideas?  I sure hope so!

My post today is a pillar candle that I dressed up using the Stampin' Up! stamp set called "Serene Snowflakes".    This set is so elegant.  I love the images!

I wish the photo would do justice to this candle.  I used Champagne Shimmer Paint on the Tissue paper to give it an all over sparkle.  It shimmers in real life.  I'm sure you can use your imagination (wink!)

All products used are Stampin Up with the exception of the tissue paper.

Stamp Set:  Serene Snowflakes #115438, $20.95, pg. 26 of the Holiday Mini.

Inks:  Encore Gold, Champagne Shimmer Paint, Brocade Blue, Night of Navy

Cardstock:  Whisper White

Accessories:  Clear Rhinestone Brads, Whisper White Organza Ribbon, 3/4" Circle Punch, 1 1/4" Circle Punch, Gold Thread (retired, but you could use Gold Elastic Cord.), Dimensionals, Tissue Paper, Heat Tool.

Here's a close up of the smowflakes.  These were super easy!

An Easy Christmas Card Using Stampin' Up!'s Christmas Classics

   
Here we are - Day 2 of the Blog Tour.  Sure hope you're enjoying it!  For today's post, I'm going to show you a super easy card using the Christmas Classics stamp set by Stampin Up. 

This is such a great set and I love the lines in the images.  It gives dimension to the images so that's one less thing to worry about. 

Another thing I like about this set is that I can use my punches with it.  The star image coordinates beautifully with the star punch as does the bell that I used on my card.

Here are the details.  All materials used are Stampin' Up!

Stamp Set:  Christmas Classics #111566, $24.95, pg. 33

Cardstock:  Garden Green, Real Red, Not Quite Navy, Whisper White

Inks:  Not Quite Navy, Real Red

Accessories:  1/2" Circle Punch, Stitched Real Red Ribbon, Stampin Dimensionals

 

On the back, I stamped this:    

I had this stamp made because I wanted the versetility to have an image behind my copywrite image, plus my name is too long to get the "Hand Stamped By" stamps in the catalog.

Running Out of Time for to Make Your Holiday Cards?

Then go digital!   It's just one of the great things you can do with Stampin' Up!'s "My Digital Studio"!  I created this card shown here using the super easy and unbelievably fun program. 

  

This card features our dogs who are the best of friends.  The beauty of this card is that I still got to do some design but I can mass produce it with the touch of a button when I order it and it's done!

I like this card very much, but wanted to see what it would look like if I stepped it up.

To step the card up and to show the versatility of ordering my cards this way, I ordered this card, but this time, I ordered it without the ribbon and brads.

Once I received my two cards, I took the one without the ribbon and brads and added some live ones.  Now I've got the dimension that I want and still have the time saved by having them printed.  Ah ha!  A hybrid card was born.  The best of both worlds!
